Artichoke “Hummus”~ 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried italian herb blend or any combo of dried oregano, thyme, rosemary, and basil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender until desired consistency. Chill and serve with raw veggies for dipping or along with your protein and greens. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
