
Vegan Chocolate Cake

β 1 cup cassava flour
β 1 cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder
β ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
β 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
β ½ cup coconut sugar
β ¼ cup unsweetened sunflower butter (any nut butter works too)
β 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β 1.5 cups unsweetened nut or oat milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well combined.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
