Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

● 1 cup cassava flour

● 1 cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder

● ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

● 1.5 teaspoon baking powder

● ½ cup coconut sugar

● ¼ cup unsweetened sunflower butter (any nut butter works too)

● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

● 1.5 cups unsweetened nut or oat milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well combined.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
