Cilantro Quinoa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sprouted quinoa (~ 4 servings)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Pink/sea salt & white pepper, to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for finishing
  • *optional - use beef or chicken bone broth in place of water to cook quinoa for added flavor and nutritional boost!

Instructions:

Prepare quinoa according to label instructions.

Transfer cooked quinoa to a mixing bowl. Add lime juice, cilantro, and seasonings to combine. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to finish.
