
Cilantro Quinoa

- 1 cup sprouted quinoa (~ 4 servings)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Pink/sea salt & white pepper, to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil, for finishing
- *optional - use beef or chicken bone broth in place of water to cook quinoa for added flavor and nutritional boost!
Instructions:
Prepare quinoa according to label instructions.
Transfer cooked quinoa to a mixing bowl. Add lime juice, cilantro, and seasonings to combine. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to finish.
