Edamame with Wasabi and Salt

Prep time: 10 minutes | cook time: 10 minutes makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen edamame beans (in pod)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • ½ tsp wasabi paste or powder

Instructions:

Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil.

Add edamame and cook for two minutes.

Drain and toss hot beans in a bowl with coconut oil, salt, and wasabi.

Serve immediately.
