
Edamame with Wasabi and Salt

Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen edamame beans (in pod)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp wasabi paste or powder
Instructions:
Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil.
Add edamame and cook for two minutes.
Drain and toss hot beans in a bowl with coconut oil, salt, and wasabi.
Serve immediately.
