
Healthy Green Goddess Dressing

- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup Fresh dill
- ¼ cup Fresh mint
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ avocado ○ Water to thin
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth or desired consistency.
