
Hummus

- 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Pink or sea salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste
- *optional: handful fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill)
- *optional: additional seasoning (cumin, paprika, turmeric)
- Water as needed to adjust consistency
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a food processor.
Pulse to combine until you reach the desired consistency. Season to taste.
Add a splash of water for a creamier, smoother texture, if desired.
