
Italian Tapenade Sauce~ 4 servings

- 4 Kalamata Olives
- ¼ red onion, chopped,
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon chives, optional
- White or red wine vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Sea salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth. Season to taste.
