
Golden Milk Chia Seed Pudding

- 25-30 g vanilla or chocolate protein or collagen powder
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ⅛ tsp cardamom
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of cracked black pepper
- Toppings suggestions - unsweetened toasted coconut flakes, cacao nibs, Vitality granola, sliced banana
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a wide-mouthed jar until well incorporated. Seal with lid and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight. When ready to eat, top with coconut flakes, nibs, and banana if desired
