Golden Milk Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 25-30 g vanilla or chocolate protein or collagen powder
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ⅛ tsp cardamom
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cracked black pepper
  • Toppings suggestions - unsweetened toasted coconut flakes, cacao nibs, Vitality granola, sliced banana

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a wide-mouthed jar until well incorporated. Seal with lid and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight. When ready to eat, top with coconut flakes, nibs, and banana if desired
