Overnight Protein Oats Recipe (1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • 25 grams vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk
  • 2 tablespoons frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon raw walnuts or unsweetened nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Himalayan pink or sea salt

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a wide-mouthed jar or container that can be sealed. Refrigerate oats overnight to soften and absorb all flavors. When ready to eat, enjoy oats cold with an extra splash of nut milk or plant-based yogurt. You can also heat on the stovetop and eat warm.
