
PB&J Pro-Oatmeal
Sep 14, 2024- 25-30 g vanilla or chocolate protein or collagen powder
- 3 tbsp berries, fresh or frozen
- 1-2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter (creamy or crunchy!)
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- *optional - warm or cold non-dairy milk to serve
- ¾ - 1 cup steel cut or rolled oats, cooked
Instant Pot Oatmeal
- 1 cup steel cut or rolled oats - *Opt for sprouted oats when possible for nutrient boost and optimal digestion!
- 3 cups filtered water for steel cut, 2 cups filtered water for rolled oats
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions for Oatmeal:
Rinse the oats to remove excess starch and add to Pot with water and salt. Stir to combine then cover with lid and Pressure Cook on high for 3 minutes. Allow to naturally release pressure, stir, and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container for a week.
Instructions for PB&J Pro-Oatmeal:
Combine prepared oats in a bowl along with berries, peanut butter, and flaky sea salt to garnish.
