Taco Bowl (4 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb organic ground meat of choice (beef, bison, chicken, turkey)
  • 1 tablespoon Mexican seasoning (cumin, turmeric, dried oregano, smoked paprika, chili powder)
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated
  • 2 cups greens (butter lettuce, arugula, spring mix)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoons guacamole or mashed avocado
  • Pink salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • Fresh limes, for serving

Instructions:

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook for about 12 minutes or until meat is fully cooked. Add grated garlic, Mexican seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Plate your bowl with a bed of greens, Taco meat, tomatoes, and guacamole. Finish with fresh lime juice.
